@BootsHelp But they can’t order if it is out of stock at the warehouse? So a second trip is necessary in the hope it doesn’t sell out again before you get there! Could be avoided If you were able to add gift card details when placing online order

@BootsUK why is it not poss to use a gift card when ordering online? Had to go in store to find they can’t order item as it is now out of stock at warehouse. Only option is to wait for it to come back in stock and then schlep back to store again. It is the 21st century!

@Se_Railway @Geoff_Walton @Deal_Town These off peak services were always overcrowded so there is sure to be a demand even post pandemic. When passengers have to change at ashford it’s often onto an already overcrowded service so why not just let the train run through? It costs enough!
