@easyJet We are on EZY8682 from ACE to LGW, departure should have been 12.40. We boarded at 13.15, been stuck on the plane since, not moving. We’re being told we may not t/o till 18:00. Only been offered glass of water so far. People’s patience is wearing thin. Not great EasyJet.

@easyjet #easyjet #easyjetfail at arrecife airport. Boarded flight ezy8682 this morning. Delayed 2hours. Sat on the plane for 4 hours. Disembarked. Finally got luggage back. Now standing in a queue for accommodation. Nothing happening! All we've been given is a cup of water!!!

2/2 give us anything in writing to say we can book and claim back. EasyJet have just abandoned everyone at the airport with no food, no hope of accommodation including those in wheelchairs and with small babies. Shocking doesn’t seem enough.

UPDATE 1/2 - @easyJet We have been here in the queue for assistance for hours now. Those at the front saying they are refusing to offer food vouchers, no hotels booked, EasyJet has refused to sign it off. We are being told to book our own hotels if we want them but they won’t…

@easyJet Still waiting on luggage. Only one member of ground crew, doesn’t speak much English and keeps vanishing. This is crazy.
