Hi @thetrainline there seems to be an issue with some QR codes getting to Waterloo. Had issues yesterday and today. Is there a resolution as the station staff seem unaware.
@TUIUK what a total shambles at Cancun airport! I hope switching us from a TUI dreamliner to a Wamos Air is worth it with all the complaints you'll need to deal with! Your staff on the ground here are telling us that it's due to maintenance, which can't possibly be true.
@TUIUK hearing alot about TUI dreamliners being replaced from Cancun to Gatwick with Wamos Air. Are you able to confirm which flights please. We are on TOM023 leaving Cancun at 17.05 04/12/22. We paid for Premium seats and understand Wamos Air does not have premium.
@TUIUK Done that and seen your reply. Not impressed at all. I had been telling everyone how good TUI premium is, but this is not acceptable. I don't care about your terms and conditions, it's about customer satisfaction, of which you won't have much if you keep doing this!
@GNRailUK Hi Great Northern, what can I do to query a delay repay compensation payment? I was caught up in the issues on Saturday but have been told I can only have a 50% refund, despite not being able to travel at all. Thank you!
@GNRailUK Hello Hannah, no we didn't travel at all. The ticket office wouldn't give us a refund, even though we had just bought them. Just said we had to do delay repay. But we couldn't use our return either as we had to take the car somewhere else to get into London.
