I paid a 25% deposit for a puppy. You added a £38 "Admin Fee" for what? The purchase didn't proceed with & you have kept the £38 admin fee for doing what?
God knows what additional fee you add if the purchase had gone through!!!!

NOT if your holiday is cancelled due to Covid-19 and you have spent the last THREE MONTHS trying to get them to rebook it. Multiple calls, promises someone will get back to you, but no one ever does?
