I suggested we should open a window - I was told they did not open.
I felt very uncomfortable , not wanting to make a fuss on someone’s wedding day but could not believe the lack of care and responsibility shown by the staff.

@ButternutBox so gutted to have to cancel my subscription. Doggy loved her new Butternut Food but only the first month ever turned up. Spent two long phone calls with helpful people but admin and process seems a joke. No confirmation or apology either :-(
