@0xWemoox This is actually a crazy good use case. If a $1,100 headset can already do this, I can only imagine how good brain-controlled gaming will get in a few years.
@HodlReaper That last line says it all. The dance isn’t the point — it’s proof the robot can actually handle unpredictable movement. Pretty smart way to show it off.
🤯I GOT IN A GOLD TAXI WITH NO WHEEL, NO PEDALS, AND NO DRIVER. I CALMED DOWN FASTER THAN I HAD TIME TO PANIC
I’m standing on a street in Austin looking at this thing and I don’t fully believe it yet. Gold body. Lambo doors. Cybercab on the side. Texas plates. Some guy with a camera just standing there like he’s filming the future arriving.
I get in. Big screen. Accent lights. Welcome on the display. And that’s it. No steering wheel. No pedals. No mirrors. No speedometer. Two seats, a seatbelt, and the road through the glass.
I was waiting for my brain to start screaming. Like: if something goes wrong, what do I grab? Instead it just shut up. Thirty seconds in and it felt weirdly normal. Like a cab, except nobody is breathing down your neck or telling you their life story.
The price is the part that actually hits. About half an Uber. Cheaper than the Model Y robotaxi too. After 5pm this isn’t a private demo anymore. Anyone can hail one.
The only thing that bothers me now is whether that price stays. Because if it does, I’m not going back.
The part that got me isn’t the missing wheel. It’s the little ceremony.
App says you’re 65 feet away. Plate XVF2628. Teal stripe on the nose so you don’t enter the wrong gold car. Doors lift. Water in the cupholder. Golden Ticket on the seat.
Then it waits. Screen shows Starbucks, then ACL Live. It doesn’t move until someone taps START RIDE.
Two people inside, phones on one cable, feet on the carpet, not watching the road. Outside — a Camry, a party bus, a normal Austin intersection. Inside — the same street as a video game.
Public rides opened yesterday. 45 of these in the whole state. NHTSA is already looking at it.
😎WATCH WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE DOORS CLOSE.
They go up like a jet. People sit down like they’re on a plane. Giant screen. “Arriving in 3 minutes.”
Then it just… leaves.
No driver. No wheel. No “just in case.”
This is already running in Austin.
🚕THEY’RE HAULING THE CARS THAT DON’T NEED DRIVERS.
Gold Cybercabs stacked on a trailer. No steering wheel. No pedals. Just the word CYBERCAB on the door while a human still has to tow them to the next city.
Tesla’s launch is tomorrow in Austin. These aren’t concepts anymore. They’re inventory.
The future is already on the highway. It just hasn’t started driving itself yet.
Would you get in one with no wheel?
🤠THE TAXI THAT SHOWED UP WITH NO DRIVER.
Gold Cybercab. Parked on a regular suburban street. Texas plates. Light bar on. Then it just pulls away like this is already normal.
No steering wheel. No pedals. Launch day is today.
This isn’t a factory lot shot. This is the car waiting outside someone’s house.
Would you get in?
@_AIThatSlaps_ The real bottleneck isn’t output anymore — it’s trust. Scaling agents is impressive, but knowing when to trust their work at scale is the harder problem. That’s where autonomous AI gets really interesting.
@politikonio This is a really interesting approach. The way they’re rethinking the whole experience instead of just improving the existing system is what makes this stand out
@venturetwins@theworldlabs This is actually insane 🤯 Turning a few phone angles into a full 3D scene is wild. The future of video is getting crazy fast.
⚽️WHAT IF THE BIGGEST MISSION IN GTA 6 ISN’T A BANK. IT’S THE WORLD CUP FINAL.
You walk onto the pitch at 1-1, Argentina vs France. Messi is standing there. Then Ronaldo. Then you’re in the France locker room with Mbappé, shaking Infantino’s hand, bumping Beckham at McDonald’s and stopping Trump outside the stadium.
Rockstar already built the most chaotic open world on Earth. Drop a World Cup inside it and the main story becomes optional. Stadiums, press rooms, fan zones, merch shops — every corner is a heist wearing a football shirt.
Would you play a GTA 6 mission set during World Cup 2026? Tell me the one you want.
😱HIDING FROM THE POLICE IN GTA 6 IS FOR COWARDS. THIS IS THE META NOW.
Rockstar didn’t upgrade the wanted level. They killed the old one.
You shoot from both sides of the car, flip cops in side streets, switch mid-chase and light your own ride because walking away looks better.
Dynamism isn’t a feature. It’s the whole point of Vice City.
