Rodents, mold, mildew, and cockroaches at Fuerte Elementary reported by 9 teachers in California.
Parents are pulling their kids out because this is what our children are dealing with every day in Cajon Valley Union School District.
Meanwhile, Superintendent David Miyashiro is pulling in nearly half a million dollars a year in total compensation more than the Governor of California.
Even worse, District records also show nearly $400,000 in charges on a district credit card over less than two years, averaging roughly $19,000 per month. The records include hotel stays, meals, travel expenses, and trips to Hawaii and other destinations. The district has stated these were work-related expenses.
While classrooms have rodents and mold, should a Superintendent be living this large?
His answer will be to tax you more. Don’t fall for it. Call David Miyashiro the Superintendents office 619-588-3005 today and demand that rats, cockroaches, mold and mildew are cleaned up this summer and protect our kids and our teachers!
The city of #SanDiego Environment Committee will hear a request at its June 18 meeting to increase the amount the Environmental Services Department is authorized to spend on waste and recycling carts by $3 million to a total of $106.5 million.
The item is on the 'consent' agenda, meaning it will not be discussed by the council (unless it is pulled from consent by a council member). Still, the public may want to know why homeowners are paying $106.5 million for trash collection bins.

The biggest immigration law firm scandal in years has been exposed—just as the annual meeting of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA @AILANational) begins in San Diego.
One of the largest immigration law firms in the United States—Luz Legal (formerly Alexandra Lonzano Immigration Law)—with roughly 35,000 clients and nearly 54,000 pending cases with USCIS, has shut down permanently.
And its founder, Alexandra Lozano, permanently resigned her Washington State law license in lieu of discipline.
What happened?
You might be thinking that they were busted for filing fake asylum claims because there's been so much corruption in that program during the Biden open border years.
I'm sure there's some of that, but this law firm and its lawyers have mainly been charged with filing fraudulent petitions for "abuse" visas—such as Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) visas, T (or human trafficking) visas, and crime victim visas—all of which can lead to a green card, by the way, and eventually citizenship.
The federal government has reportedly launched an active criminal investigation, and multiple clients have filed a lawsuit with RICO and other claims.
So, fo you think this welcome news will scare other sleazy, left-wing immigration lawyers straight?
Do you think AILA will address it openly at their annual conference this week?
I doubt it. There may be some whispers about it among those guilty of the same unethical conduct, but one big case won't change much. It’s going to take another 50, 100 or even more of these cases before anything changes.
Meanwhile, beware of immigration lawyers on social media who defend this kind of corruption and abuse of our immigration system.
They’re not hard to find, unfortunately.

Gov. Newsom FOIA: Personal Defense at Public Expense
Newsom treated the governor’s suite like his personal legal war room, as if the state seal doubles as a family crest.
@CaliforniaGlobe full article below
Silly CalTax. These people serve only their public employee unions masters. Who require constant tax increases to keep growing the salary, pay, benefits and sheer number of government workers.
Dana Williamson, Governor Newsom's former chief of staff, plead guilty to three felonies in May.
1: Bank/Wire Fraud
2: False tax returns
3: False statements to federal agents
The investigation actually began under the Biden administration.
Max penalty 30 years.
BREAKING: Gavin Newsom's budget forces YOU TO PAY MORE in higher taxes and health insurance premiums so illegal immigrants can get free healthcare and welfare! Details here: https://t.co/t9KDiLNubC
HUGE SCANDAL IS BREWING IN CA…AND ITS DELICIOUS!
Gavin Newsom’s wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, funneled nearly $4 MILLION from her nonprofit (The Representation Project) straight into her own pockets:
• $1.8M+ in salary
• $2.1M+ to her own production company (Girls Club Entertainment)
Much of it came from donors who also fund Gavin’s political machine.
Now the DOJ is investigating.
This is the same Gavin Newsom who lectures everyone about “equity” and “women’s rights” while his family allegedly treats a nonprofit like a personal ATM.
Where’s the outrage from the media that protects him?
RT if you want real accountability. California deserves better.

@hotmicsbilly "I'm not going to comment on how ridiculous this is... What I will tell you, is that this is normal and has happened before."
So in conclusion: because this isn't new, its obviously legal and fine, got it!
Supervisor Paloma Aguirre's office announced that the California Coastal Commission has approved a permit, allowing San Diego County to begin repairs on leaking sewer pipes near Saturn Boulevard in the South Bay.

I want every resident of District 5 to hear about this now, before the decisions get made without us.
It is called the Golden Pacific Powerlink. A 145-mile, 500-kilovolt transmission line that Sacramento wants to run from the Imperial Valley, through Anza-Borrego, and up through Valley Center, Pauma, Rincon, and Warner Springs before connecting near the old San Onofre site.
We are talking about steel lattice towers up to 200 feet tall. That is the height of a 20-story building. A right-of-way hundreds of feet wide. A $2.3 billion price tag, with San Diego County ratepayers covering about 9 percent of it.
The route runs straight through our backcountry. And the communities that take the hit get no vote on the decision.
That is not how this should work. I am going to fight it. Stay with me on this one.
As I have reported several times and now acknowledged by the Governor of California...Gavin and his wife are under federal investigation... what he failed to tell you... This began during the Biden Admin. Kind of a big detail.
#SanDiego Mayor Gloria said that "he’s still somewhat disappointed in the new budget.
"His main objection is to roughly $20 million in new spending the council approved during the late stages of negotiations that he contends will worsen the city’s structural deficit — a gap between projected long-term revenues and projected long-term expenses."
The Fiscal Year 2028 budget process was disappointing, and with the Fiscal Year 2028 budget deficit projected at $33 million more disappointment is on the horizon.
Neither the mayor nor the council are taking any steps to close ongoing operating budget deficits, let alone make inroads into the employee pension deficit or the infrastructure funding gap.
There are currently no plans for new or increased revenue measures (preferably ones that are legal, won’t decrease attendance at city tourist attractions, and will be used to fund basic public services rather than another middle manager hiring spree).
San Diego residents have a right to know how city leadership plan to place the operating and capital budgets on a stable footing as soon as possible.

Maybe they're investigating you because your finances don't add up? Or because your wife's LLC received the deed to a $9.1 million home a week before the LLC was even created - while you still had your Fair Oaks home? How was that LLC capitalized?
🚨 MIDNIGHT TAX INCREASES!
In the dead of night, California legislators passed massive new taxes on insurance, digital software, and employee payroll taxes.
Don’t let anyone fool you this isn’t the federal government’s fault. The math isn’t mathing.
California just passed a $355 billion record budget with record revenue. Yet my colleagues still blame the President.
For context: The state budget was around $170 billion just 10 years ago. Now it’s more than doubled and life in California doesn’t feel any easier.
Sacramento has an insatiable appetite for your hard-earned money. If you’re not paying attention, they will keep taking more.

“Your rights to have an election are gone. You are a citizen of those who tell you who your overseers are … So enjoy the ones that have been made appointed by those who have constructed the matrix.”
Breaking News: The California Supreme Court has denied the State of California's petition for review and request to stay the Palisades Fire Litigation. The Supreme Court denied the State's request to overturn the trial court's order overruling the State's demurrer to the plaintiffs' Master Complaint.
