@DrHBurstein You know the proportion of patients on palbo? Given results of the maintain trial, and roughly a 2.5 month improvement in pfs I am still skeptical
@PTarantinoMD The 6.4 discontinuation is impressive considering the toxicity we see with cdk4/6 inhibitors with another potential option in a landscape that is crowded with lots of options. What do you make of this with the comparator arm with fulv alone?
@jbcarmody I agree with you the shift may be coming. However, two questions I have are who takes on the liability? Additionally, I suspect AI will lead to more testing and more utilization. This may then increase the overall costs of medicine (a la the electronic medical record).

Being in healthcare I am still taken aback by how much healthcare costs sometimes. This was part of the bill my wife and I got after the delivery of our son via c-section and 3 night stay recently. Luckily our insurance later covered everything.

For those that have recently graduated residency or fellowship, do you think the wording on your certificate/diploma matters (ie "served" vs "has successfully completed")?
@VPrasadMDMPH I think everyone should have the experience of working in a service job, it creates empathy. One the most valuable experiences I got was working as a food service worker in a hospital delivering meals to patients and cleaning their trays. No job is below anyone.
The best part of advancing in fellowship is watching your cofellows on stage!!!

@VPrasadMDMPH@adamcifu Loved it. Whatever your opinion, I think you learn the most when you listen and consider opposing viewpoints. Unfortunately, seems like a rarity this day in age.
