Why is @ColesFinService sending texts to call 1300411338 for alleged fraudulent activity but number is nowhere on your website? Thought @nab owns @coles cobranded cards, but staff said they were @Citibank. Is this bad fraudent prevention process or @Scamwatch_gov - hard to tell!
