Hey @NHL consider a rule change, if a penalty shot doesn’t convert to a goal then the offending player still gets 2 min. It’s a flagrant penalty that prevents a scoring opportunity, no different than a delayed penalty that doesn’t result in a goal before the other team touches up

@NHL @LAKings hey NHL, here’s a rule change to consider, when a penalty shot is awarded and the player doesn’t score, the offending team should still get a 2 min penalty. The opportunity was taken away AND the fowl occurred, no different than a delayed penalty.

@hodgetwins Not actually true, just went to their concert 2 weeks ago and this was not required. A simple internet search will show that this was the case back when a lot of the states and locations were being stupid.
