The state of healthcare saddens me! I think the real issues are being glossed over! I’m tired! I have to witness so much sadness, burnout and compassion fatigue. What are going to do ? We absolutely cannot continue to ignore the real issue! This is huge! My heart hurts!

@kmciltr1@VanessaBattist4@grubblisam12@JHUNursing A6: I see the power and positive impact social media has especially on the younger generation. I would propose opportunities for staff to have more involvement in advocacy through social media.#OrgLead21#JHSON

@MoSchneidy@kmciltr1@VanessaBattist4@grubblisam12@JHUNursing I also believe we all found a common denominator with COVID. We were forced to follow SM, news outlets and finally pay attention to everything! I think it exposed a lot of existing problems that we were too "busy" to focus on.
@dianem2121 @kmciltr1@VanessaBattist4@grubblisam12@JHUNursing Yes! Considering all of the misinformation, someone has to provide the facts! It needs to come from many diverse reliable sources to build trust and consistency.
@loriareyes @JHU_Student_SPF @kmciltr1@VanessaBattist4@grubblisam12@JHUNursing Yes, We just need to keep opinions separate and just post the facts without persuasion. If people felt more comfortable social media could be a more powerful tool!
@kmciltr1@VanessaBattist4@grubblisam12@JHUNursing A4: Prior to COVID we started developing an informative video to share on social media to promote our oncology urgent care clinic to help prevent unnecessary ED visits and to provide better coordination of care.#OrgLead21#JHSON
