1. I had booked tickets through IRCTC for my parents with PNR 2345349013 and DOJ 25.04.2018. Since the train 02112 got late for more than 16 hrs (as per the updates on railway station), my father told me to cancel the ticket.

@PiyushGoyalOffc @RailMinIndia 3. They told me that TDR got repudiated as "The train got diverted". Pls tell me how a passenger may know, being on the station that train got diverted, particularly when no announcement about the train status is being done.
At that time trainenquiry site srvr was also not respo.

@PiyushGoyalOffc @RailMinIndia 2. I filed TDR with reason "Train late more than 3 hrs and passenger not travelled" (TDR ref no 100000233418527). But my TDR got repudiated/rejected. When I enquired the reason for rejection on railway helpline no. I was told that it was due to difference of actual reason.
