@tsquick62 @CollinRugg Are you sure it isn't in reference to mudslides? After a fire destroys all the vegetarian and then rains hit, everything that held that soil together in the hillsides is gone. With rains erosion starts and mudslides follow.

@shipwreckedcrew Do it. I was elected to a partial term seat (4 years) while my kids were in high school (during covid). Even though it was a challenge, I'm glad I did it. It's good to have people without an agenda. Those with them focus too much on their thing and not enough on important stuff

@shipwreckedcrew I'm only a novice Internet lawyer, so excuse my ignorance, if Hunter pleaded not guilty yesterday (as I've read) doesn't that mean he was charged? (I'd think you'd have to be charged to enter a plea) What were the charges, the two misdemeanors in the plea?

Nick decided to join powerlifting his senior year. Saturday was his first powerlifting meet. Ended up on the podium in 3rd place for his weight class. Not too shabby for his 1st meet in a new sport.

I know she'll be in good hands, with good friends that will help her when she needs it!! Professors that care about her and are willing to work with her. Lots of other support available there now too. She'll be fine, because she's strong!! Spartan Strong!!

It's been a rough couple weeks, and yesterday was a tough day. Jordan was hit by a car on campus almost 2 weeks ago and fractured a couple vertebrae. Going to be fine, but was pretty beat up and was home to recover.....

We went up early and caught the back to campus welcome event. I found it to be very emotional with everyone that came out to support the community. Almost overwhelming....
