#BREAKING An Amber Alert was issued Monday evening for a 4-year-old girl who was last seen in Los Angeles with a 40-year-old man.

Daleza Fregoso was abducted by Ruben Fregoso, according to the CHP. They were last seen Sunday, May 24 at approximately 4 a.m. near Alsace Avenue and Ferndale Street. The relationship between the child and the suspect was not immediately known.

@janetocean70 @MarioNawfal Do some research. This area of OC is not at all what you describe. The people who live here are lower to middle income, living in multi-generational homes and predominantly Vietnamese, Korean, and Latino. This area is not the stereotypical “rich beach community”.
