Yes…and….between 16 and 18 my daughter went from being one level of player to and entirely new one / higher level - as she matured athletically and grew in confidence and love of the game. Ultimately, she opted to put the work in (and went to #TOVO with @_ToddBeane_ToddBeane). Importantly to the convo though - she still opted for DIII which was perfect for her. She played every game, was a three year captain, and was even an All-American too! I think as clubs/coaches/leaders we need to be encouraging all the pathways and not promising anything. Good leadership here on your post @paulspacey 💪🏼🔥
