I felt the need to express my disappointment to the systems both public and private. Always remember authority is a responsibility, not a personal privilege. You all need to be accountable for people affected.
In my life’s conquests
5 wins. 10 losses.
Still standing. Still learning.
Because grit isn’t about never falling —
It’s about rising every single time.

I believe every child can learn when provided with meaningful opportunities, high expectations, and individualized support. Education is not simply about delivering curriculum; it is about understanding each learner’s strengths, recognizing their challenges..

“Elon Musk can't afford to fall in love”
In 2008, Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos attended a master class in Napa hosted by the Edge Foundation on “Behavioral Economics,” led by Daniel Kahneman. The lecture delved into cognitive biases, specifically priming, which refers to the influence of stimuli on behavior.
The insights gained from this event significantly shaped their decision-making processes, enabling Musk (Tesla) and Bezos (Amazon) to accumulate their respective fortunes of $340 billion and $194 billion by 2025.

I was doing an activity which I thought may have similarity. Indeed, it is Expressive Art Therapy. What I like about this is it’s effect on me: cognitive quietness, emotional regulation, grounding and self-soothing as I undergo transitions.
I work as an interdisciplinary inclusive education and health systems consultant. My background spans special education, behavior, and clinical practice, and I focus on helping organizations align policy, practice, and real‑world implementation for learners with complex needs.
Just like any transitions in life, I have to protect my mental health and well being. From employed to unemployed, from success to another process, from pedestal to modest living. Controlled withdrawal, conscious pause, silence, my mental incubation against collapse.
Special Ed saved me from being a Clinician. I’m a Physical Therapist before I became a teacher. In those years, I hoped I could teach, be creative, have fun, without risks and lives on the line. Opportunities came and here I am. That was 20 years ago. Gratefulness ❤️
Both person-first (‘child with autism’) and identity-first (‘autistic child’) language are used in the field. Many educators use person-first language, while many autistic self-advocates prefer identity-first language. I respect individual preference.
Greatness doesn’t always announce itself. In the wrong place, brilliance is ignored. Being talented multiplies by context. If you feel overlooked, maybe it is not your stage. I am just glad to have people appreciate things that I do.
I had experienced working with many kinds of learners—6-year-olds acting like middle schoolers, and even adult learners. Then I encountered students in middle school who were acting like kindergarteners
Generative AI is superbly done. It’s unstoppable. I love it. But still I love Adobe though, quality wise. I mastered its dynamics. Unlike generative AI, it is coded and repeated, but quick though, a sharp advantage! #GenerativeAI
