@Lowes worst experience ordering a rug online with Lowes. No one knows where it is. Tracking is useless. Cust service says they can’t get in touch with the vendor. Told me to cancel it and get a refund to my Lowe’s card. Still waiting. Very poor customer service.

When the flight is 98% full and your flight attendants won’t let a couple middle seat folks move to an empty rows why won’t announcement said “weight balance”. Flight attendant told pax no. Bad customer service. Two whole rows open in back of plane.

@TimHortons your Circleville,OH location. Slow service. No one in the dining area. Dirty tables and they weren’t clean even after asking the cashier to clean the tables so we could eat at one. She was busy on her phone- no other customers in the building! Dirty restrooms too.
@whirlpoolusa I have 3 numbers to call for warranty service. ALL say call back during business hrs which include Saturday 8-3 EST. It is 8:38 am-it says I’ve called outside of normal business hrs. I have a wall oven/ microwave not working. It is 3 months old! WHIRLPOOL DO BETTER

@Converse your customer service is lacking. Been on hold over 20 minutes trying to cancel a duplicate order. I keep being told “one of our associates will be with you in 1 minute”! No way to cancel online
