@Uber_Support you need better ways of providing feedback. Drivers continuously don’t pay attention to or check orders when picking up from restaurants so they deliver the wrong/missing thing. It’s extremely frustrating

@AmericanAir They did that. Then were told to either file online or to mail documents. They had issues w/ online method so fedexed docs and never heard anything back from AA. FedEx shows as signed by AA employee
