I got a call saying that my details have been used for a parcel being sent to IRAN.
When I called out this seems like a fraud, the customer service executive said: “Then why did you press 1 to know more”

It’s 2 months. We have spent about 80k INR on your furniture. The defective pieces not yet replaced and dad has spent many days travelling to and fro just to resolve. And yet not done. Expecting fair compensation now!
