In Frozen Sing-Along when music dims and lights come on, they seem to resolve it so show goes on, then when we come out all of the rides are down, at #hollywoodstudios and across #wdw not many cast members around but one said ? Electrical issue ?

@MottisfontNT Have you resolved the accessibility issues to this yet?! So disappointing for my daughter that the only thing you can offer is an IPad with some photos on it. Not really the same, we could do that at home!

My daughter loves books by the Ahlberg’s so we were extremely disappointed to find out that this exhibition is completely inaccessible to wheelchair users and all they offer is to look at some pictures in an iPad @MottisfontNT is that really acceptable in 2023?! #accessibility

On top of that when we phoned customer services they spoke to us for 10 minutes, clearly got bored told us they were putting us on hold then transferred us to a different department who couldn’t help because we booked in the UK. @Avis this is not acceptable

Just arrived with our daughter and her wheelchair to pick up a car. We have tour tickets later we’re going to miss because the office is closed and no one got in touch with us @Avis how do we do a 20 min drive with no car?!
