@florida_grand Ask DeSantis. He'll tell you.
Besides.. who the hell are you that i have to answer to? This is my position. It's how I feel. It absolutely doesn't need your ridiculous commentary.
I don't like Donalds. I don't like that we weren't able to choose. I don't like the guy's past.
Everything that directly impacts your life— affordability, safety, cultural stability— all of it is downstream from immigration. The choice to vote for a Democrat Party committed to opening our borders to the world is a choice to commit civilizational suicide.
@florida_grand I never mentioned voting. That wasn't my post and I couldn't care less. I don't like the fact that we had no realistic opportunity to choose.. and I don't like the guy's history and relatively recent statements. Read my response again. It's not that difficult.
The conservatives on here denying the affordability crisis are engaged in what I can only describe as an act of political suicide. They're also lying, which is the worst part. Grocery prices are up. Housing. Energy. Insurance. Health care. Basic living expenses. It's real. It's happening. Denying it just makes you look out of touch, deceitful, and untrustworthy. It's also a completely unnecessary and unforced error. No credible person is claiming that Trump caused these price surges. You don't have to disgrace yourself by denying the reality in front of your face just to prove your loyalty to Trump. The causes for the most part are multi faceted, complicated, and longstanding. That's true. So let's discuss them. Debating whether the problem exists at all -- or, if it does exist, whether it counts as a problem -- is a total waste of time, and makes you look like a shill and a fraud.
🇺🇸 CONGRESS BANNED STABLECOIN YIELD.
BLACKROCK JUST BUILT THE WAY AROUND IT ON ETHEREUM.
The GENIUS Act says a stablecoin issuer can't pay you interest.
So BlackRock isn't issuing a stablecoin. It's issuing money market fund shares that live on Ethereum.
Same Treasuries, same yield, different legal wrapper.
Two of them: BRSRV, a new reserve fund for issuers.
BSTBL, an onchain share class on a $6B Treasury fund that already exists.
Minimum ticket: $3 million. This was never built for you.
The pattern: $ETH hosts 65% of all tokenized assets. RWA market doubled in a year. BlackRock onchain today: $2.93B.
My take: ETH is my conviction play this bull run.
Retail argues about the ban. The $1 trillion cash desk already routed around it.
Reposts can have the old news.
anthropic: "oh, you wonder if mitochondria are the powerhouse of the cell? we just flagged you as a potential bioterrorist and banned your account"
quern: "yes! also, here's automated protein research while we design a new chip for you! have fun 🥰"
.@POTUS: "They have a weakening yen and they wanted a little bit of help, and we're always there for Japan. Japan has been very good to us — with the exception, of course, of Pearl Harbor."
Back in early 2014, Coinkite brought me on as "Chief Naysayer", what was supposed to be an advisory position. This was years before their first hardware wallet, back when it was just a website.
They even did a press release... then... Nothing. I didn't get any actual tasks from them to advise on, and IIRC didn't get any payment as I had nothing to actually bill them for. They just dropped the whole thing. It's still on my LinkedIn as I haven't actually logged into LinkedIn in a decade... I should remove that...
If they'd actually kept me on and asked me to do some audits of their codebases, there's a good chance I'd have at least spotted the terrible coding practices that @dusty_daemon outlines in this article. Maybe $80 million wouldn't have been stolen.
An audit would have probably been something like $50k worth of work. What did they spend on podcaster promotions?
Just stupid.
I'm glad to say I've been skeptical of singlesig hardware wallets for years, and don't use them myself. I did an interview in 2020 outlining why: https://t.co/jFy6vaJhLs
