As a former large Group (formatted classes) instructor I found ‘easy cues’ gave a feeling of “safeness” since proper individual coaching was not an option (corrective exercises, appropriate weight/reps, etc...) I don’t work in that environment any more. ;)
Squat depth matters for building a capable body. Why are some people still being told that squatting to parallel or lower is "bad for their knees"? I get it- not everyone has the genetic hip (etc.) structure to get there but a lot of people do.
