@McDonalds absolutely shocking. Order a mcdelivery and driver delivered to wrong address. I ordered direct through mc donalds app, and they take no responsibility. Awful customer service, uber eats just close chat, so no refund and no food. How many people is this happening too.

@loveholidays can you please explain to me why you can't change a name on a fully paid holiday? Instead of making a name change you want to cancel the original person and create a whole new booking for the new person. So get money for 3 people when only 2 are going. Disappointed

@SkyHelpTeam By the time the engineer came it was getting dark. Which is fine. I’m more upset about the way your customer service agents treat you when you ring. Hanging up, requested a manager they transferred me to another department. I’ve rung up 5 times at least today
