Case of the week🕵️‍♂️🔎
A 24y-old👩🏽 presented with fatigue, headache, diarrhea, and myalgias. Labs showed hemolysis with schistocytes on 🔬PLASMIC score of 6 suggested a high likelihood of TTP. PEX & steroids were initiated, but she developed recurrent anaphylaxis during PEX🚨
