@AmazonHelp I have made many attempts through customer service chats and phone calls to rectify this system based problem amazon has. It is never addressed. Then on Weds I had a representative who just wanted to filibuster and filibuster with corporate lies when I was very specific

@AmazonHelp Yes, I have set my operating hours for Amazon receipts as 7 to 5 pm M-F. Yet, I keep receiving emails from amazon when they try to deliver after hours that I should update my operating hours. When checking my open orders, I see Amazon routinely schedules deliveries up to 10PM.
