@wesserbald@SEIU_Saenz I appreciate the response. But you’re treating jobs like a fixed pile where hers means a citizen loses one. By your logic the workforce should never have been allowed to grow. Population growth built this country’s economy. She’ll be part of that. Again, where’s the harm?
@wesserbald@SEIU_Saenz Assumed what risk? We followed the very rules this administration put in place.
And can you point me in the direction of what American citizens are currently being disadvantaged by my wife? Is it just her being her is resulting in their personal hardship? How can I help?
@eljyboii@0xPuff@adrianpandev To be clear, I have zero issues with implementing stricter measures. We were already vetted by USCIS in order for her to legally entry. We were approved.
And honestly, no issues with them continuing to hold on green card processing. But can’t she at least work?
@wesserbald@SEIU_Saenz I’m a proud American citizen. Born and raised in this great country.
My wife is Venezuelan. We followed the rules. She came legally via Fiancée visa. We got married. Yet she’s not allowed to work and the gov’t won’t give her a green card.
I guess I don’t matter though?
@0xPuff@adrianpandev My wife is Venezuelan. I’m American. Work in tech/startups for 15+ years. She currently has no path to work permit / green card. Despite us being very meticulous and playing by the rules (entered on Fiancée visa).
Does that matter? Or nah? Fuck me right?
@RonDeSantis Governor, I’m a Canes season ticket holder and US citizen. I support going after fraud. But my wife came legally on a K1 visa, we followed every rule, and still waiting on EAD. We’re not asking for handouts, just permission for her to legally work while her case processes.
@DocHud33@MiaForTrump Legal immigration is the key. Agreed.
So explain this:
I’m a U.S. citizen. I followed every rule. Did it the right way to bring my Venezuelan wife here legally.
And now… her green card is paused.
We did everything right and we’re still stuck. Why?
@PickSixPreviews SEC tiebreaker = head to head
B1G tiebreaker = head to head
NFL division tiebreaker = head to head
NFL wildcard tiebreaker = head to head
CFP playoff tiebreaker = whoever has the nicer losses? Weird.
@MikePalmieri11 @CjWilson850 We covered my guy. An away game. Against a rival. At night. On prime time tv. And we covered.
We beat you down in your own stadium. If that’s what losing focus looks like, I’m cool with that.
