Please read @AsaWinstanley’s book for a revealing insight into how Luciana Berger was integral to the weaponising of antisemitism against supporters of the Palestinian cause, against supporters of Jeremy Corbyn and against Corbyn himself.

Berger is a skilled liar as was revealed in the case of those who were arrested for targeting her on anti-Semitic-hate crime grounds. Berger said that the individuals concerned were Corbyn supporters from the far left.

There were three people who went to prison after being convicted of race hate crimes against Berger, not one of whom was from the left. They were Garron Helm (who received a four-week sentence in October 2014), Joshua Bonehill-Paine (two years in January 2016) and John Nimmo (two years and three months in February 2017). All of them were active fascists.

Of the two left wingers who according to Berger were among those convicted of “antisemitic threats and abuse” against her, neither was charged with threatening behaviour with one of the cases involved linked to antisemitism.

Asa Winstanley’s book presents a picture of Berger as someone who’s possibly had training in counter-intelligence propaganda. She was highly effective and persistent in demonising Corbyn and discrediting his leadership. An example of this was an interview she did with @jonsnowC4 on @Channel4News when the gullible and starry-eyed Snow lapped up every word she said without any pushback whatsoever.

Luciana Berger’s lies extended to the accusations she made against her own constituency party officials in Liverpool Wavertree that they were all anti-Semitic bullies for initiating a vote of no confidence and the process to deselect her.

Berger describes Labour under Corbyn’s leadership as an ‘extremely dark place’ but the prevalence of antisemitism in the Labour Party under Corbyn’s leadership was in reality no different to what it was under Ed Miliband or any other Labour leader preceding Corbyn.

The late Sir Geoffrey Bindman KC said as much when he questioned the involvement of the @EHRC in investigating antisemitism in The Labour Party under Corbyn’s leadership. Why, Sir Geoffrey asked, was the Labour Party and Jeremy Corbyn singled out for investigation? An investigation that he believed was the result of ‘“political manipulation”.’

The @EHRQ investigation was triggered by Luciana Berger’s close friends & colleagues Margaret Hodge, Ruth Smeeth, Euan Phillipps (under the pseudonym David Gordstein) and others in the lobby organisations Labour Friends of Israel, the Jewish Labour Movement and Campaign Against @antisemitism. Sir Geoffrey Bindman and others (including Labour General Secretary Jenny Formby) found that the deluge of complaints and allegations submitted by Hodge et al to the @EHRC were, like Luciana Berger’s claims mentioned above, ‘“almost entirely bogus.”’

Paul Holden’s book The Fraud provides clear-cut evidence that the @EHRC inquiry and report was indeed manipulated by Morgan McSweeney, Labour Together and David Evans.

It’s clear that Starmer (in his resignation address yesterday) Luciana Berger and their faction are still doing everything they can to delegitimise and demonise the Labour Party under Corbyn’s leadership. The hope that Corbyn inspired, the numbers of people who voted for him, in 2017 especially, and his vision for equality and justice at home and abroad have to be airbrushed from history. It’s imperative for Berger and her faction that this process continues.

Luciana Berger has been given a lifetime seat in the House of Lords so that she can continue her mission at the heart of the British political system.

The common denominator coming from all the praise heaped on Starmer in the last 24 hours is that he is basically a good guy (despite so much evidence to the contrary) who saved Labour from the racist, demonic Corbyn. It is propaganda at its most effective & refined. A skill that Luciana Berger has perfected over the years.

There are lots of people on here drinking the security services Kool Aid over the sentencing of the Filton Four.

They believe the judge was right to overturn the jury's decision to convict four anti-genocide activists of criminal damage and make it a terrorism offence instead, overturning centuries of legal precedent.

Why? Because, they claim, the four activists broke / smashed / shattered a police woman's spine.

But that obviously can't be the explanation because three of the activists had nothing to do with that incident and yet they were convicted as terrorists by the judge anyway.

Even Samuel Corner, the activist who was convicted over this incident (which left the police woman with a minor fracture, according to the medical authorities who testified), shouldn't have been sentenced as a terrorist for it because that is not what the jury, which heard the actual evidence, decided.

The jury convicted Samuel Corner of grievous bodily harm *without intent*. The prosecution had charged him with GBH *with intent* because they needed that as his conviction to build a public mood in support of the proscription of Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation.

If Corner could be presented as having entered Israel's Elbit weapons factory with intent to commit violence, then the implication would be that the other activists were in on that plan – a conspiracy – and the government would be off the hook of violating fundamental legal norms by proscribing Palestine Action.

By stripping out intent, the jury pulled the rug from under the government's feet.

Judge Johnson's task was put the rug firmly back in place by riding roughshod over the jury's decision and sentencing them as terrorists anyway.

The timing couldn't be more convenient. On Monday, the Appeal Court will be deciding on the government's appeal against the High Court declaring its proscription of Palestine Action unlawful.

If you're peddling the "But they smashed the back of a police woman" line you've been fed by the Daily Mail and BBC, it's because that is exactly what the government needs you spouting as it upends our age-old rights to jury trials, as it stamps out an honourable tradition of direct action dating back to the Suffragettes and before, and as it gives itself cover for continuing complicity in a genocide.

Stop being a cuck. Don't fall for this psy-op.
