Happy #FluorescentFriday! 🥳 This week we’ve got a couple images from Charlie, one of our PhD students. He’s got some cultured human cells which is a change from our usual images!
Nuclei are blue from DAPI staining. A DNA damage marker is in green, and red is phalloidin 😊
We’ve got a late #FluorescentFriday for you all, courtesy of Charlie. The image on the left is a top-down view of the all important organ of Corti, whilst the image on the right is a side-on view of the same bit of tissue.
Have a great weekend!
Enjoy this image of the cochlea of a young mouse which has labelling of a marker for DNA damage.
The brighter dots in the second image show where the damage is specifically occurring, very cool! #FluorescentFriday
