Sharing my experience on how I recovered from Chronic Fatigue (me/cfs) & Dysautonomia using a step-by-step framework. (also help Long Covid, POTs, etc)
SERRAPEPTASE, LACTOFERRIN, & THE POWER OF BIOFILM BUSTERS?⚔️🦠🤺
My surveys suggest serrapeptase added to NK or LK may improve #longcovid symptoms moreso than LK or NK alone.
Why?
One important factor may involve biofilm degradation.🧵

GPR81 is MCT's "chaperon" and key in their regulation. Hence, of great important in cancer as this study shows: "The lactate sensor GPR81 regulates glycolysis and tumor growth of breast cancer" https://t.co/RYnESX256e
I’d be curious if this is more due to ANS issues as lipolysis is largely controlled via the endocrine system. Exercise releases epinephrine stimulates lipolysis and therefore increases serum FA concentrations. Therefore restricting LCFA at rest won’t have much of an impact.
@NoyesJHumphrey@WildNycgirl Ah interesting it is, wonder if igg attacking or binding to pathogens, both seem to provide insight in the intolerance. Fascinating.
@PanickedFoodie Resource on mycoplasma pneumonia - not suggesting anything holistic but this book has some good info on how the infectious attack and downstream effects, might give insight…https://t.co/R6QrnXgsaP

Sunscreen from the inside? Restricting calories extends the lifespan of animals, but did you know it also makes skin resistant to UV radiation? ☀️ Amazing things happen when you trick the body into thinking times are tough https://t.co/RrkLhSJ8CP
Study points to vagus nerve dysfunction as a central pathophysiological feature of #LongCovid
Evidence of changes to the vagus nerve were observed, causing symptoms including dysphonia, dizziness, tachycardia, POTS and diarrhoea
