@EastMidRailway I just booked train tickets from London St Pancras to Sheffield for end of January via the Train Line and have not been allocated a seat reservation. Is it too early for seat allocation and will I be able to reserve a seat nearer the time?

@EastMidRailway I purchased a ticket from Sheffield - London today through East Midlands website, via Retford and Hull Trains. The train has been cancelled and Hull are advising people to not travel and request a refund. How do I do this given I bought the ticket with you?

@Hull_Trains hi, I was meant to be travelling from Sheffield to London today via a Hull train changing at Retford. Given this is now cancelled and there is no way of getting to London, will my ticket be accepted on an LNER train at Doncaster ?

@EastMidRailway hi there, my train has been cancelled tomorrow because of the strike. Is it possible to travel from King’s Cross with a change in Doncaster instead? This isn’t with East Midlands railway, it would be with grand central and trans pennine.

@LNER hi, is the 14:05 from Leeds to London Kings Cross running this Sunday? I can’t see it on the reduced proposed timetable that has been released today but the app still seems to think it’s running. Can you confirm please?
