@BarstoolBigCat I asked for a couple of friends who just married this weekend and happened to be on the same flight as me and was told they didn’t pay for the extra legroom section so they couldnt be moved, can you believe this!?
@SouthwestAir I know you’re looking to squeeze every dime of profit out of your new assigned seating but to not free upgrade a honeymoon couple on a half full flight seems awfully petty…
@secnumbersguy This is silly, I’m so tired of this argument in both basketball and football. A program shouldn’t be rewarded for losing games. It’s sport, the objective is to win.
@CFBNerds This right here is everyone’s point, why is it ignorant? The SEC’s depth is propped up by the media and the polls. You’re using brands as your proof but the football games were lost. LSU was not good. Don’t care what their school colors are. They were bad in all phases.
@CFBNerds The inverse happens thru the season tho… using a bunch of hypotheticals to talk about how these sec teams are better. At some point the result of the games just has to matter.
@phight@Wildkingsalmon@jeremy__lamb@anymanfitness How long have you been trading? Things have been pretty great the last 17 years. Some folks still remember 2008, or dot com, or bonds in the 80s. We should not equate personal finance advice to day trading strategies.
@jeremy__lamb@anymanfitness flip it around....if your home was already paid off would you borrow against it at 2.25% and place that money in the investments you currently have? Most would not because in this scenario the risk is much more in your face.
@MyGolfSpy They are at the high end of ways to buy clubs but to claim they are a scam isnt fair. They’re transparent in their process and with their pricing. They’re no more of a scam than your “unbiased” reviews that include affiliate links and only include clubs that were sent to you free
@kaitlinurka Another fun fact: they specifically set up “the masters” as a for-profit entity so they aren’t subject to business disclosures they would be if they registered as a 501c. They’d rather pay taxes than disclose information about membership and their business dealings.
