Does hdfc bank even care @HDFCLife_Cares@HDFC_Bank . The priority pass is given by HDFC but when issues are raised they say it is third party and cannot do anything about it. What is the use of being Hdfc customer for 20 years when they cannot help? Very Bad customer support
Also, when I called up, HDFC credit Card customer care support the person mentioned that he cannot help me and I will have to pay this charges. told him that in priority pass terms and condition it mentions that the charges will be billed within 90 days but he didnt listen.
I travelled from 15th May to 22nd May where I used priority Pass lounge in Mumbai and Srinagar. Now suddenly after four months, I received credit card bill of Rs.30,000 for the transaction that I had done in May @HDFC_Bank@HDFCBank_Cares@prioritypasscom

@makemytrip : Fraud company ...where is compliance team and security team. And customer care is pathetic. They have no clue what is happening. Someone else using my email id to do their booking and MakeMyTrip not owning the issue

@fitbit Fitbit sense is the worst fitness tracker. Had raised an issue that tracker doesn't work properly but haven't received a permanent solution to it. They just kept sending me FAQ links sometimes asking to install app, restart phone, deactivate the devices, reset the device

booked ride frm Kalyan to Malad on 27th March 2021 at 5:38pm, booking id CRN5297047306 But the driver refused to go to Mumbai and also refused to cancel the ride and asked me to do it. So now @Olacabs have charged me outstanding of 1210 even though I didnt take the ride
