@virginhelp How do I stop Virgin Mobile keep calling me and hanging up? I stopped a contract weeks ago (mother in law has dementia). It was all done and dusted via a call and yes you keep calling me and then hanging up! Crazy.

@virginmedia Checking my call history, I had 1 minute 37 seconds call on 20th Dec and you called me again on 21st Dec at 16:31 for 2 minutes and 22 seconds where I explained again and was assured the PAYG contract was terminated with nothing to pay. 9 calls since then where you've hung up 🙄

@virginmedia @virginhelp If only! You are still trying to collect my DD despite assuring me it was sorted and account was closed. That is without doubt why I keep getting calls but why do they hang up?

@virginhelp Wanted to cancel PAYG mobile - not got time to call, wait, be given the hard sell etc and your web instructions suggest to use the "switching" page - which 404s (nice!), so I've cancelled the DD. Trust this works for you.

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. It's an elderly relative who cannot use her phone anymore. I didn't have time/energy to call so your web suggested to go to "switching". Links in the images but it doesn't work.

How about you at least use the Pa system and tell us what you're doing. We know the systems are down but there's a lot of anxious passengers not knowing what your contingency plan is. Communication isn't hard?
