@agoda There has been 10 follow up emails from our end but we do not see any resolutions. This is very unfortunate that we use your platform for bookings but in case of venturing with crooked hotel partners we are made to suffer so much. Unacceptable No-Trust

@agodaindia There has been no relief from your agent and no satisfactory response. They are saying it from last 7-8 days that they are still trying to coordinate with the property owner.
Firstly property is not owned by Goroomgo and it is a third party aggregator on the Agoda platform.

Who complained of being cheated. We booked for 2 nights in Varanasi - Goroomgo Vrrinda homestay and reached hotel at 11:30pm in night after taking @VandeBharatExp from Delhi.
We had to find another hotel immediately and our advance paid is not refunded

@airindia @AirIndiaX I flew on January 1 from Colombo to chennai 1:40pm flight. My bag came out broken & after a discussion with the support team they agreed for INR 2,000 voucher which never showed up in more than 48 hours of incident which was committed to 30 mins. Ref AI27273
