India’s Bank employees seek two things rooted in fairness and dignity at work.
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.
At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.
Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.
@PMOIndia
When the world is moving to a 4-day week, and banking is already 24x7 in the digital era, bankers asking for a 5-day week isn’t a luxury. It’s justice.
IBA has agreed. The understanding is signed.
Now the Government must honour its commitment – no more excuses, no more delays.
Respect the Settlement. Deliver it.

Yeh Kon Se Gang Ke Member Lagte Hain Tujey @KanganaTeam ?
Bhonkan Ton Bina Ki Kita Apan ?
Sadian Maava Nu Tu Putha Sidha Boley.. Desh te Jaan Vaar dene wale Ko Tu Gang Member baat Rahi hai..
Sukhbir Singh ke pita Tujhey gang member Lagte hain jo protest mai hai ?
If AMBANI & ADANI had protested for anything,
SC would have taken suo-motu cognizance of their 'personal liberty',
MODI would have rolled out the red carpet & met them in a hour!
But Farmers, Dalits, Students, Women, Minorities don't have these PRIVILEGES.

Parle Products has decided not to advertise on news channels that broadcast toxic aggressive content.
These channels are not the kinds that the company wants to put money into as it does not favour its target consumer.
It's time more companies join the lead of Bajaj and Parle.
