@myntra I have been receiving same messages since a week and nothing gets done.

I have at least tried @myntra customer care 15-20 times in the last week, tried calling the number as well. I get no response from their site, contact or twitter message. @amazonIN quietly removed their customer care and now @MyntraSupport, really disheartening.

Returns have become such a painful process these days. You reschedule once and never get your return done. Have seen so many problems over the year with Amazon, Myntra and now with @MyNykaa

@MyNykaa Such terrible service from these giants is disappointing. I am thinking reconsidering the concept of online shopping all over again. Hopefully will save me some money.

Had a horrible experience with @myntra, placed some return requests, nobody came to pick the orders up and now return shows canceled. All the more customer care option also seems to be disabled. Never using the app again.

Placed 3 returns together, one was picked up but other two were canceled. What is this logic? Extremely frustrated that I can't raise it anywhere.
