@rejserin@amnesty I've been publishing on human rights & sport since 2012. You? Here's my latest: Chapter 13: 'Human rights, sex, gender identity and sport.

Congratulations @Glinner , that ordeal would have finished off someone with less mettle. Your resolve gives courage to us all. Everyone — join @SpeechUnion . They are dedicated to protecting the free expression of members. And they are highly effective.
Unbelievable from the judge. How is this impartial? Trans allies are often like this: oversensitive to any realist statements which may shatter the illusion they're carefully trying to prop up.
You are seeing it differently because you are a man who fetishes the degradation of women and we are women who find your eroticisation of our dehumanisation fucking offensive.
Given that 'transition' is largely a visual performance that requires others around you to actively take part, it's an insane idea that whole schools full of children should collude against parents to keep a secret.
It looks like a ridiculous discussion - do women ask trans identifying men to help ‘fix’ their bras in the toilet, because apparently bras slip and and slide all over the place and women are incapable of sorting this out without assistance.
But it reveals something darker. That a male fantasy about women using single sex female spaces in some kind of perpetual female grooming - constantly ‘fixing’ bras, lending each other tampons, helping with make up etc etc - has to be validated, along with every other male appropriation of the female experience, even if it’s one they have made up for sexual gratification.
It is this ‘validation’ which is forming the basis of proposed harmful legal and medical interventions - the puberty blockers trail to the conversion practices bill. From a bra to stopping puberty to locking up a parent who objects. The poison tree is heavy with fruit.
It's not transphobic to care that trans-identifying women are developing incontinence at shockingly young ages. Quite the opposite. https://t.co/hm37QnrowZ
The judge’s repeated interventions in this tribunal to police the language of an intervenor counsel - given that the heart of this case is about the claimants’s demands to silence or police the language of colleagues within the organisation- is quite extraordinary.
Every politician who’s ‘given it some thought’ and concluded that women cannot have penises and trans women are not women should be asked:
- Why did an apparently well-educated person like you publicly claim to believe something so obviously stupid?
- Will you apologise to the gender-critical women who have been smeared, silenced or cancelled for holding the position you now take?
I have been ordered to pay $95,000 in "damages" to two men in women's sport because I apparently hurt their feelings. It is potentially going to be doubled because I didn't pay in 30 days. So that is $190,000 in total to reward two men in women's sport. I am appealing in the NSW Supreme Court, so for now, there is a stay on the orders.
@salltweets has been ordered to pay a man $20,000 for not allowing him on her female only app. His hurt feelings claim is hoping to be challenged in the High Court. Sall is still waiting to see if leave will be granted for the appeal.
Jasmine Sussex could have to pay up to $95,000 to a man with hurt feelings who falsely claimed he could breastfeed a tiny baby. Her case is still to be heard by a Queensland tribunal.
None of these numbers include the court costs which run into millions.
Others have lost jobs, been censored, gaslit or threatened if they speak the truth or object to the lie that men can be women.
Men who wish they were women not only want to dominate our sports, spaces and services, they are also trying to make money as they go. It appears quite lucrative if they succeed.
Stand with us. Men are not women and we should never be penalized for stating the facts - especially in court where evidence and facts are meant to be paramount.
The Civil Service functions on the basis of neutrality. This is not a neutral appointment.
Baroness Hunt is an anti-women rights activist who led Stonewall away from representing LGB on to aggressively pushing gender ideology into the UK’s major institutions.
The phrase ‘Stonewall law’ comes from her tenure. It describes the wishful thinking that was promoted as best practice. Their workplace inclusion training misrepresented the actual law.
Many of the court cases fought, and won, by women stem from the actions of Baroness Hunt.
A dreadful appointment.

There is good reason to not forgive those who went along with transgenderism and lies like "women can have penises," and it's that they LIED. They didn't make a mistake. They demonstrated cowardice and a lack of integrity. If "transwomen are women and anyone who says different is an evil bigot who should be removed from public life" was a genuine error, then say so and apologize. But I don't buy that. You just demonstrated poor character, and now we know. https://t.co/eimrmxJqF9
@OdohertyI64991@Glinner@GBNEWS 🎯 It was predicted. ‘We couldn’t agree because of your tone’.
The tone was almost always polite. But the words were ‘castration’ not ‘gender affirming care’: ‘amputation’ not ‘top surgery’: ‘man’ not ‘trans woman’: sex not gender. It was the truth they hated, not the tone.
@ScolaidhDays Nothing upsets a weak man more than a woman who makes him feel his cowardice. This is as true of supposed iconoclasts who live in terror of losing the approval of the in-crowd as it is of domestic abusers.
Women with suspected endometriosis will no longer have to spend years trying to get a diagnosis thanks to new “game-changer” tests approved for GP surgeries in England and Wales.
Endometriosis is a painful condition where cells similar to those in the lining of the womb grow in other parts of the body.
One of the new tests approved by the regulator NICE uses electrical sensors on the abdomen and the other uses saliva to find genetic information.
