@VirginTrains The lady serving in 1st class on the 11:03 to Glasgow is v rude. We upgraded as it’s our wedding anniversary, weren’t served anything for 45 mins & then when we asked about food we were told off & made out to be liars in front of everyone. So embarrassed 😣

@VirginTrains We’re on the 11:00 service from Rugby to Glasgow. Unfortunately I can’t get her name, as she isn’t wearing a badge. When we got on, she served someone in our carriage & when we tried to explain that she’d missed us she got cross & said she wouldn’t have. It was just humiliating.
