Welcome @CharBenson🤝
Benson will bring her experience playing at a higher level for Portsmouth & London Bees to DW.
“Im excited to be a part of the squad & get back into football.Dorking seem to have a great set-up & are going in the right direction”
All about the synchronisation from Archie and Ryan last night at @advancesportUK working on that athleticism with @CharBenson in their session after two pro footballers. Inspiring session
@CharBenson taking our @Broadwaterstaff elite athletes through their S&C programme! To reach the next level takes a little extra work. Students learning effective warm ups, shapes & speed drills followed by some technique work in the gym. Take the next step #byincrementsconquer
Had a great day at the Plae event yesterday. Learning from some great practitioners and networking. Thanks @christombs71
