@SSavson Yes, I have tried all different kinds of potatoes and always peel them and boil or steam really well. They give me terrible gas and slow transit.
@Tigerkenshin808 Wow, impressive! Do you mind sharing more about workouts? You mention training 6x/wk. What do those look like? I am similar in that I am lean and pretty fit. I have IBD and carnivore has helped. Do you also mind sharing amounts in those 2 meals and rough macros (if you know).

@PGC1a_RB Did you have any issues introducing more fiber? I am trying to build mine up and having a very rough time. It slows down my digestion significantly.
@run_it_back_exe What does a typical day of eating look like for you? The approach is obviously working very well for you, but how do you get anything done besides eating and going to the bathroom haha? Has to be a huge volume of food!

@SSavson Did you ever have trouble with fiber? How do you recommend reintroducing it? I have tried so many different things and blow up - bloating, constipation, slow digestion, etc. When I eat low to no fiber, I go at least 1-2x/day.
