@TUIUK I’ve been on hold for an hour and 20 minutes... any idea of how much longer this will be? I’ve given up trying all other days but our payment is due today so need to speak to somebody!!
@Wiggle_Sport is there a way to speed up a response from your account security team where somebody has accessed my account, tried to use my card and changed the email address so I can’t login myself anymore please? Have emailed accountsecurity@ but would like to sort ASAP!!
@Wiggle_Sport Chat is offline and I’ve emailed twice with no response (within the ‘trading’ times) 😫 I just want my account back as whoever accessed it has locked me out!
@EE I have 7GB data left and nothing has been loading properly (Facebook, Instagram, pictures via WhatsApp...) since midweek unless I’m connected to WiFi despite having good signal and plenty data - any reason why this is happening? I’ve tried turning on and off etc with no luck!
@EE They will still load but Instagram then won’t refresh feed at all and any text will load fine for the other apps but no images. I’m not sure how to test speed however!!
@EE Hi Monika (missed the notification, sorry!) it seems to be anything that involves downloading images (so noticing it mostly on FB, WhatsApp & Insta). I’m using an iPhone 7 and haven’t changed anything recently!
