@LNER hi, my parents are suppose to be getting the 11:03 train from King's Cross to Leeds. They are stuck between London Bridge and blackfriars due to a broken down train, will they be able to get on the next available service if they miss the train? Thankyou

@LNER I'm booked on the 11:15 train from leeds to london and my reservation is coach D 36 however this number doesnt exist on this coach as half of it is now first class, have moved to coach C Will this be ok?
