@smgrieser I'm super flexible with final deck changes. The a/v crew is experienced & swapping out decks is easy. ultimately, my goal is for speakers to feel confident in their presentations so I'm happy to work w/them

@smgrieser Outlines are usually due 6-8 weeks prior + draft decks at 4 weeks + final deck at 1 week. For two main reasons:

1) Outline: Make sure it aligns with audience expectations and check for content overlap
2) Draft deck: Verify fonts, videos, gifs, etc to create a run of show for A/V
