@British_Airways I was. Just about to board now, almost 24 hours later. There was absolutely nobody on hand to help people last night. It was chaos. It is just so disappointing that you are failing on points where BA used to lead the way.
@British_Airways another spectacular fail. Flight from Dusseldorf to LHR cancelled. No BA staff to be seen. Airport staff with no means or desire to help the passengers. Really, you must do better.

@WhiteStoresHelp@whitestores I have been on hold trying to call you for 10 mins already. The queue is 15 people long and it has gone down by 2 (from 17) in that time. How on earth am I supposed to get resolution to my problem when none of your support channels is responsive?
@HeathrowAirport@GKletsen Why is it that these queues are happening more frequently recently? Pre-Covid I never saw them, in over 10 years of flying several times per month from Heathrow.

@VodafoneUK I have been trying for three days to get my One Number package working on my Apple Watch. It worked fine and now it doesn’t after I had to reset my watch. Twice now, I’ve been promised by your team that the matter will be resolved in 24 hours.
I just want this fixed. Right now I can’t use my Apple Watch in the way I need to. Yesterday I was offered £10 credit as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience I’ve suffered. A good job I didn’t accept it - the problem is still not resolved!
