Most founders don’t fail because they’re lazy.
They fail because they’re foggy.
• No clear strategy
• No clear systems
• No clear thinking
I call this the clarity gap - and it nearly wrecked me too.
Here’s what I’ve learned after recovering $30M+ for small businesses: 🧵
@Codie_Sanchez Absolutely.
The more events I’ve gone to, the more people I’ve met, the more I get invited to new things, and then I meet even more people.
All about new scenarios and situations.
The "Ambitiously Lazy" test for any new process:
Can I set this up once and never touch it again?
If no → redesign it.
If yes → build it.
Being ambitiously lazy isn't about avoiding work. It's about avoiding repeated work.
You have 30 minutes to automate one thing in your business right now.
What are you automating and why?
Bonus points if it saves you more than 30 minutes this week.
Stop asking "What AI tool should I use?"
Start asking "What outcome do I want?"
Tools are commodities. Strategy is leverage.
I've seen people spend $500/month on AI subscriptions and still work 60-hour weeks because they never defined the problem.
You don't need to be a genius to use AI.
But AI can make you look like a genius - if you know how to talk to it.
Good prompting isn't magic. It's a learnable skill.
That's why I built the N-1 course.

LinkedIn: "I woke up at 4 AM to crush my goals"
Me: I woke up at 9 AM because my systems crushed my goals while I slept.
One of us is doing this wrong.
The 3-layer automation stack that runs my businesses:
Layer 1: Eliminate (stop doing it entirely)
Layer 2: Automate (software does it)
Layer 3: Delegate (humans do it, but not you)
Most people skip Layer 1 and wonder why they're still busy.
Most business owners think AI means "replace humans."
Wrong.
AI means "amplify humans."
Your team becomes 10x more capable when they stop doing grunt work and start doing strategy work.
The goal isn't fewer people. It's better leverage per person.
Fantastic take here @levie
We found this out when we tried making an all-inclusive voice agent for one of our companies. Too many directives leads to too many varied outcomes.
Realized we had to have individual voice agents for specific departments, making the results much more predictable and consistent.
If you’re still buried in repetitive tasks… you’re burning money.
We help entrepreneurs escape the grind and buy back 10–20 hours/week with AI & automations.
DM me “LAZY” and I’ll show you how.
