You won’t hear anyone talk about “Rig and die” no more. That concept is obsolete if the opposition party is rigging out winners in their party’s primaries.
It’s a mindset shift that has subconsciously happened.
When last did you hear anyone talk about that. It’s siddon look everyone is looking.
I’ve been getting these sorts of comments since 2-3 days due to the Salako issue and I’ve refrained from speaking publicly on it for almost 2 months so as not to take attention off what really matters. The PO Presidency.
I also had to take a quick vacation to America to cool my head.
Now that we are talking about it, I will give a short narration of things that transpired
When news of this substitution started filtering in due to entrants of newly defected APC strongmen in Delta state (You know them), I had to run to H.E Peter Obi late at night to brief him on what and what was going on. The narrative from the new entrants was I lost primaries to justify the substitution. The returning officer wrote a result to favour the said person. I just assumed the right thing was done. That was the legality used by the powers that be in Delta North.
I am not asking for free ticket. All i wanted was the rightful winner being declared as winner.
PO was deeply concerned about all that and stressed that I had to communicate problems “as e dey hot”.
After much deliberation on the way forward and fatherly counsel from PO in the presence of Dr. Tanko, Dr. Mo, Mama Pee, Peter Akah, Esther, Ibrahim, etc, I decided not to pursue my own election matter any longer out of respect for our Principal HE Peter Obi and the journey ahead.
I am not desperate to answer “Honorable” but I’m desperate to see a Nigeria that works for me, you and all our loved ones. Nigeria must work in my lifetime. It’s long overdue.
We will be focused on the NDC Presidential candidate.
I have also spoken to my supporters in Onicha-Ugbo, Ukwu-Nzu, Issele-Azagba, Issele-Ukwu, Obior, Obomkpa, Onicha-Olona, Idumju-Unor and Ezi to keep calm.
I will also do a thank-you tour to my constituents to thank all of them for their support. They are heartbroken but I need to encourage them at this difficult period.
I want to specially appreciate Peter Akah and Caleb Garuba. They had to follow me at the dead of the night, bumper to bumper on this case. They were everywhere with me lobbying on this issue.
This is who NDC is set to declare as candidate due to imposition by the Delta strongman. 👇👇
Thank you all for your attention to this matter.
Obidient movement may be in crisis, OK movement may be in crisis. NDC may be in crisis.
But most @PeterObi voters are not in crisis. They will be the most reliable voters in 2027.
Actually apart from @OfficialAPCNg there is no truly organized political party in Nigeria.
APC fairly stable because it is in power to share patronage. Even at that, it is in serious crisis as will unfold close to election.
Nigeria is massive crisis. Nothing new. We wait to see how these crises play out in 2027.
We need a strong political movement beyond all these to save Nigeria. Hopefully after 2027 the real work begins.
Christian Men designed their God in the own image not the other way round.
Christian women should design their own God in their own image too to level the playing field.
Funny how none of the 66 books of the Bible is written by a woman.
@WillieWinehouse@DreadHound0 Confrontational or stating the facts?
Same man that said he will rather take his criticism directly to him is coming out with false praises and worships in the open?
Again, this is not about him and Tinubu, this is about Nigerians.
Giv. Otti of all people should know this.
@WillieWinehouse@DreadHound0 Yeah, politcs.
Exactly how APC sounds.
Everything is politcs.
Suffering, plights and perils of the citizens notwithstanding.
If this came from Hope Uzodimma or Rochas Okorocha we will all start cursing them.
Lawyer Inibehe Effiong says renaming public projects after President Tinubu reflects “unbridled sycophancy,” not public interest. https://t.co/f8eduLpXqV
Happy 65th Birthday, Your Excellency, Our P.R.O, @PeterObi !
On behalf of the Management, Staff, and Students of Dominican University, Ibadan, we celebrate your leadership, dedication to service, passion for education, and consistent call for a better Nigeria that has inspired many, especially young people who believe in the power of responsible leadership.
Happy 65th Birthday, Sir.
@Tenoverten101 That's the thing about financially induced, hate campaigns and noises.
It's not sustainable.
Away from the noise, in that background efforts are being channeled in the right direction to make sure PO emerged as the next president of Nigeria.
