إن من أكثر السرديات فجاجةً وتضليلاً التي يروّج لها أعداء اليمن، وأعداء التقدم والحرية والاستقلال، في محاولاتهم للنيل من ثورة الحادي والعشرين من سبتمبر، تلك السردية التي تزعم أنه لمجرد أن أنصار الله نشأت في سياق إحياء الفكر الزيدي، وأن نواتها الأولى ومؤسسيها الأوائل ينحدرون من شمال اليمن، فإن ذلك يعني بالضرورة وجود امتداد مباشر بينها وبين القوى الإمامية، ومن ثمّ يُستنتج أن مشروع أنصار الله ليس إلا مشروعاً لإعادة الإمامة.

إنها قراءة مختلة من أساسها، لا تقوم على تحليل الواقع السياسي والتاريخي بقدر ما تقوم على تكريس نوع فجّ من القبلية في الخطاب السياسي، واختزال الصراع اليمني في قوالب مذهبية ومناطقية سطحية. والأخطر من ذلك أنها تطمس التناقض الرئيسي الذي حكم ولا يزال يحكم مسار اليمن الحديث: الوصاية السعودية ومحاولاتها إخضاع القرار اليمني المستقل.

فإذا ما وُضعت الوصاية السعودية في موضعها الصحيح بوصفها التناقض الرئيسي، تتبدل الصورة جذرياً. عندها نجد أن أنصار الله، من حيث موقعها في هذا الصراع، تلتقي مع عبد الله السلال والجمهوريين في مواجهة الوصاية الخارجية أكثر بكثير مما تلتقي مع القوى الإمامية التي حاربت ثورة السادس والعشرين من سبتمبر. ومن هذا المنظور، يمكن قراءة ثورة الحادي والعشرين من سبتمبر باعتبارها ثورة تصحيحية سعت إلى إنقاذ ثورة السادس والعشرين من سبتمبر من مسار الارتهان، وإعادة الاعتبار إلى أهدافها الأصلية في التحرر والسيادة والاستقلال الوطني.

وهذه هي القراءة التي تتجاوز الاختزال المذهبي الساذج للتاريخ اليمني، وتنظر إلى الأحداث من خلال التناقضات السياسية والتاريخية الفعلية. وهي قراءة تدرك حقيقةً تكررت في محطات عديدة من تاريخ اليمن الحديث: كلما برز مشروع يسعى إلى توسيع هامش استقلال اليمن والتحرر من الوصاية الخارجية، دخل النظام السعودي في مواجهة معه.

I’m not sure why the regime believes imposing Governor’s Rule or an emergency in KP is a threat. A threat to whom? To the man who has sacrificed everything for his country and sits in jail? Or to the people of KP, who have rejected them at the ballot box in three consecutive elections, even under the most brutal of conditions?
If Governor’s Rule is imposed, what’s the next threat? Wiping people out entirely? Where does it end?
