A train which was in Chipyana Buzurg at 8.30 reached ANVT at 10.07. The previous Sat the same train took 3 hours from Chipyana to ANVT. Is this a joke ? You wasted (72*20*3 = 4320) man hours. Wht r we paying the superfast charges for ?

PNR- 2521899388, train 12571. Have been traveling in this train for the past 6 months and not even once has its reached its destination on time. Today, again it's doing 10 kmph from Chipyana Buzurg to ANVT and is late by 40 mins. Stop superfast charges.

@mansixsharma I always did and will support the ideas behind the foundation of BJP. I have always voted for them, but not anymore. Monopoly should never have a place in democracy otherwise you see such arrogance in leaders. A shocking setback is needed, it should come at least once.

Is it only a citizen's responsibility to track if a train is late? Are we back to pre 2013 era? U don't have a responsibility?

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva My mother is traveling in 12571 from Gkp to Anvt for a medical procedure. The train entered Chipyana buzurg late by 1.5 hours at 9.25 and now it's late by 3 hours and still hasn't reached ANVT. What are u cheats charging Superfast charges for ?

@RailwaySeva @drm_lko You guys reply as if this is a once in a lifetime problem. For the past 1 year everytime I have travelled in any of 12571 or 12595, it's always reached late. Do you have an educated folk in your team to understand and resolve this? Why do you fool ppl in the name of a superfast?

@RailMadad @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva @IRCTCofficial- Travelling in 12595 Gkp-Delhi Humsafar, PNR - 2955197265. Train has travelled 350 kms in last 10 hours. My bike runs twice as fast as this. Please stop the scam of calling this "superfast" and return the Superfast charge .

This is an absolute mockery of punctuality or accountability. Let's go Bharat !

Please contact me on 9379208105. Please let me know what are my refund options when the train is late beyond 1 hour. I am sure someone would be accountable for it after we are charged 1350 for 3rd AC with superfast charges.

Train 12571, PNR- 2737151617- the "premium" Humsafar Express has been halted for over half an hour at Maripat without stoppage. At least 6 trains have gone past since. Train is now late by an hour and a half. Let's go Bharat ! @AshwiniVaishnaw @railcomplaint
