@TUIUK you service is appaulling. How you can you seat parents separately from their 2 year old and 4 year on an 8 hour journey to Dominican. A whole family of 6 separated on a flight. You need to do better
@One4allGiftUK not happy with how you are dealing with a card issue. I have a faulty card yetthe money has come out of my account but your customer services are not helping me to get a new card. This was a gift. Not happy at all. Will NEVER use again
@bathbodyworks i have tried their customer care but they will not give the products back even to my cousin who lives in Dubai. If there is anything you can do for us in terms of replacing just our candles id be grateful and i would shout it from the roof tops
@bathbodyworks i am so upset as i love your products and its not easy to come by in the UK. Is there anything you can do? They wouldnt let us put the candles in hold so they have kept all our candles. Here is one of the reciepts. This was the 2nd visit within a week the first
@bathbodyworks i am a massive fan. I have been in Dubai and bought a load of your candles, creams, hand washes, body washes and plugins. At the airport they took all 5 of my big candles and 2 of my cousins. We live in Birmingham UK and we dont have a BNW.
@chellerickos Hi Michelle, I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to take your candles onboard. Airport security is employed by the airport and not by British Airways. All passengers must meet the security requirements and you will need to contact them directly for further assistance. Steven.
@British_Airways dubai security have stolen our candles they have not allowed anyone to come and pick the up for us. There is about £150-£200 worth of bath and body works candles.
@British_Airways my cousin and I had 7 candles taken from us at Dubai security. No where on your website does it say candles are not allowed in check in bags. This is outrageous. The security were rude and disrespectful. Why is it not on your website. We want answers
@CrossCountryUK just want to report that one of your train managers on the 1035 from Bristol Temple meads was extremely rude to me after i explained to another passenger that first class was full. The other passenger commented to me also that the females response was rude.
@GWRHelp absolutely awful service today. 1202 Westbury to Bristol waa heavily delayed constantly stopping i missed my connecting train to Birmingham. Absolutely shocking
