月之暗面发布开源大模型Kimi K3，在全球科技界炸了场。创始人杨植麟当年拒绝硅谷顶级大厂毅然回国，成为菁英爱国的楷模。

习近平在2026世界人工智能大会上宣示，要“源源不断贡献中国方案”，构建全球人工智能治理体系。美国财长贝森特警告：这场竞争美国不能输，中国领先的破坏力不可想象。这看起来是中国底气十足，美国危机感很大。

在这场AI时代的顶层对抗中，作为时代切片的杨植麟非常值得研究。中共习惯把科技精英的回流包装成宏大的“爱国叙事”，但笔者认为，许多中国精英骨子里有挥之不去的乡愿病和出人头地的执念。

在美国，社会运行靠的是制度和流程。华人天才哪怕毕业于斯坦福、CMU等顶尖名校，进入高端科技核心拿高薪，大概率是精英阶层的普通人。但带着海外的优势回国，从特权到资本，从地位到享受，马上让他们实现人上人的目标。

但这群自恃精明的科技少壮派，忽略了致命的陷阱。暴政给你的特权和红地毯，是要出让自由和尊严交换的。

中共建政初期大批海外科学精英回国。中共先用特级教授待遇和小红楼将他们养起来，可绝大多数人最终在中共残酷的政治运动中冤死。笔者曾主编《当代中国史稿》，读过太多惨绝人寰的回国科学家受迫害的故事。例如，中国石油化学奠基人萧光琰，放弃美孚石油的优厚待遇，买下翻印器材，为中国复印了全套先进石油提炼资料。回国后，于1968年在持续残暴殴打中带全家自杀，惨遭灭门。“两弹一星”元勋姚桐斌，英国伯明翰大学博士、中国航天材料的开拓者，在文革中被暴民用钢管爆头殴打致死。他们以为凭借在海外学习和科技积累的优势能够成为国家重器，却在中共恐怖暴政中毫无尊严的暴毙。

AI 时代的精英以为可以凭借人工智能改写人生，打破历史宿命。但是，无论Kimi K3技术表现多么炸裂，它逃不出DeepSeek 的命运。DeepSeek 刚出现时极其惊艳，让硅谷大厂产生算力焦虑。但由于它受制于中共专制、独裁、反文明的制度，没多久就被国际市场抛弃。

人工智能对抗，说到底还是人的智慧对抗，是制度的对抗，是文明的对抗。

美国社会虽然有坑坑洼洼，但它能让个体自由呼吸、任意创造奇迹，它有着按规则运行的文明底线。而中国，则是在用高科技的手段，加速滑向邪恶制度的深渊。

习近平的奋斗目标是超越毛泽东，他的政策必然比毛时代更加激进、更具毁灭性。当Kimi K3 被正式包装成挑战美欧的“中国方案”时，杨植麟就已经被死死绑上了中共暴政意志的战车。

根據日本政府觀光局公布的最新統計，2026年上半年，赴日中國旅客較去年同期大幅減少了56.4%。然而，日本上半年外國旅客消費金額卻達到4.85兆日圓，再創歷史同期新高。

少了中國遊客，日本沒有垮，反而賺得更多。為什麼？

因為台灣、韓國、東南亞以及歐美旅客迅速補上了缺口，而且停留時間更長、消費能力更高。日本終於證明，一個成熟的觀光市場，不需要把命運綁在任何一個國家身上。

更值得思考的是，中國從來不只是把觀光當成觀光。

近年來，中國多次把旅遊、貿易、市場當成政治工具。今天限制日本旅遊，明天禁止日本水產品。過去也曾經以類似手段制裁韓國、施壓台灣。在中國眼裡，市場不是自由經濟，而是「外交武器」。

比起日本，台灣還有一個更不能忽視的問題——國家安全。

絕大多數旅客都是單純來旅遊的，但我們也不能否認，確實有人利用觀光、商務或交流名義從事統戰、情報蒐集，甚至執行跨境打壓。近年來世界各國都開始重視這類風險，因為民主社會最大的弱點，就是過度相信所有人都懷著善意而來。

我自己在台中遭到暴力襲擊，警方調查也認為案件疑似涉及境外勢力介入。這讓我更加相信，面對來自威權國家的風險，政府不能只計算能帶來多少觀光收入，更要思考可能付出的國家安全代價。

因此，對來自高風險地區的人員，有必要建立更完善的入境審查機制。

減少對中國市場的依賴，不是仇視，而是降低風險；不是拒絕交流，而是拒絕被綁架。

真正強大的國家，是即使失去中國市場，依然能夠繁榮發展、守住民主、守住自由。日本正在走這條路，我相信，台灣也應該如此。

意图通过挖角台湾半导体人才、渗透回流台湾产业，逐步削弱台湾半导体国际领先地位。

陈姓男子涉嫌在任职期间非法复制台积电核心技术文件21份，台积电发现异常后已追回全部文件。检方请求判处七年有期徒刑，这是台湾首起因意图外泄国家核心关键技术商业秘密而被起诉的案件。

界立建紐約遇襲後發聲：我們不會害怕

當地時間7月15日，中國民主黨國際聯盟主席界立建在紐約法拉盛遭3名亞裔男子跟蹤並持棍襲擊，頭部受到重創、一度昏迷超過兩天，目前仍在紐約當地醫院加護病房（ICU）接受觀察治療。

事發前不到一週，他曾主導就洛杉磯中領館外抗議民眾遭毆打事件起訴中共政府。

界立建19日對大紀元記者表示，中共政府加大力度對他進一步傷害，包括針對其他的受害者，企圖以死亡、襲擊使人們噤聲，停止揭露中共跨國鎮壓罪行。

「我想說，中（共）國政府休想，是不可能的，絕對不可能讓我們停止。」

界立建提醒團隊其他人也要注意安全，「我們注意安全，注意安全，留著健康的生命，把中共的罪行告訴更多人。這個視頻也發給世界來賓，告訴更多人，傳播給大家，我們不會懼怕，也不會害怕中共跨國鎮壓的死亡、各種威脅傷害。」

界立建是海外知名的中國民主運動人士，由於長期堅持站在反共前線、聲援國內異議人士等，成為中共的眼中釘。他此前已多次遭到疑似中共操控的暴力攻擊。

The CCP has created laws that can criminalize people around the world for saying simple things like Taiwan is its own country.

“If you promote Uyghurs.”

“If you’re a Free Tibet person.”

“They can prosecute you under the legal code in absentia.”

“You could be prosecuted without your knowledge.”

“When you show up in a country that has an extradition law.”

“You can suddenly be arrested and be brought to China to face your prison term.”

“If you or I promote the idea that Taiwan is a separate country.”

“The law allows them to have this legal justification.”
